REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Walls Of Style New York creates bespoke architectural décor, hand-sculpted finishes, custom-built statement pieces, and artisan-crafted decorative elements for homes and commercial spaces.
Our work is not mass-produced, factory-manufactured, or assembly-line created.
Each piece is individually sculpted, finished, textured, colored, assembled, and detailed by hand using artistic techniques that naturally produce variations in texture, movement, coloration, wood grain, metallic effects, and surface character.
These variations are not flaws.
They are the signature of authentic craftsmanship and are part of what makes each creation unique.
Many of our pieces are custom-built, specially commissioned, made-to-order, or produced in limited quantities. As a result, no two pieces will ever be identical.
Product photographs serve as artistic representations and examples of the style, finish, and overall aesthetic you can expect.
Because every creation is individually produced by hand, the item you receive may contain natural variations in color, texture, sculptural detail, wood grain, metallic effects, glazing, distressing, and other handcrafted characteristics.
These differences are part of the artistic process and contribute to the individuality and value of the finished piece.
CUSTOM ORDERS & COMMISSIONED WORK
Due to the custom nature of our work, all custom-built, commissioned, personalized, made-to-order, and specialty-finish pieces are final sale once production has begun.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Custom cornice boards
• Eclectic cabinet doors
• Decorative wall panels
• Architectural elements
• Venetian plaster finishes
• Specialty decorative finishes
• One-of-a-kind statement pieces
• Commercial and residential commissioned work
Because these creations are designed and produced specifically for each client, they cannot be restocked or resold.
PRODUCTION TIMES
Most Walls Of Style New York creations are made to order.
Production timelines vary depending on project complexity, scale, finish requirements, drying and curing times, material availability, and current production schedule.
Typical production times range from approximately 2 to 4 weeks.
Larger commissions, architectural installations, specialty finishes, custom cabinet doors, commercial projects, and highly detailed sculptural work may require additional time.
Estimated completion dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
We believe exceptional craftsmanship takes time, and we do not rush the artistic process.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.
Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Photographs of the packaging
• Photographs of the damaged item
Claims submitted without supporting photographs may not be eligible for review.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Ready-to-ship items may be considered for return or exchange on a case-by-case basis.
Returned items must be:
• Unused
• In original condition
• Returned in original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was made by Walls Of Style New York.

Jewelry & Wearable Art Returns
We carefully inspect every piece before it leaves our studio to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Jewelry and wearable art may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
- The item must be free of perfume, lotions, cosmetics, damage, alterations, or any signs of wear.
- Returns must be initiated and received within the 14-day return period.
Returns will not be accepted simply because a customer changes their mind after purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was received.
All returned items are carefully inspected before a refund is issued.
